Roof Repair and Replacement in Arden, NC

It all started when we met with Jen several times throughout the Summer of 2020. We were not in any hurry, but Jen and the Integrity team were able to get our HOI to pay for a new roof, new gutters and gutter protection! The project was completed at the end of December and both teams worked very quickly! It only took the roofing team to tear off and replace 19+ square with clean up in eight short hours as I worked from home! They were even able to save my existing gutter protection which I gave to a close friend! The new gutters and new protection were done in less than four hours, including clean up! You can see, even without the sun, that the new roof and gutters add tremendous value to our home. If you look closely, you can see we switch from a light gray with white gutters, to a dark gray with black gutters! I have yet to find any nails or debris, which is amazing, especially if you have ever done a full tear off!

I am so happy with my new roof and the whole process! I have had my home for 11 years so when I was told I needed a new roof, I didn't know where to begin. Someone recommended Integrity Roofing to me and I should have thought of them first. I've known Michael and Bryan since grade school. Michael came out to do an estimate and offered to come when the insurance adjuster was present. Of the 3 estimates I had done, Michael was the only one to offer this. He made the process smooth and easy for me to understand what would happen next. The guys came out early yesterday morning to start the roofing and were completely done by 3:00pm. I was so pleased with their professionalism and agility. They took extra care cleaning up and Michael even came by after to inspect the work. My new roof looks amazing and I'm beyond pleased with their work! I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone looking to get a new roof!

Integrity Roofing was the best call I could have made when it came to seeing what type of shape our roof was in. I called and within a week Michael and Carly came out to complete an inspection for me. I was impressed with how well both of them knew how well to spot damage on our roof, Carly came back the next morning and helped us call in our claim. She was early and extremely professional and polite, without them we would have been looking into the new roof for moths. The crew Carly picked out worked so fast and were very skilled on our roof. Carly and Michael were there throughout the entire day to watch things and I was surprised at how well things turned out, my yard looked untouched, the pool was kept perfect and I could not be happier with our choice to call Integrity. Jeremy also helped us pick out a new attic fan, I bought it and they installed the solar fan, its working great.

Our home had some damage from storms last summer, so we began our search for a quality, affordable roofing company. We were looking for a company we could trust, and that would support us through the insurance process. Jen Schneider met with us, helped us meander through the insurance process, and their project manager met with our adjuster and was able too easily and quickly get the replacement approved. Once approved, the Integrity team worked with us on a date for the build and completed the project on time. We were very pleased with the quality of the workmanship! Jen and the team addressed the open issues timely and their quality assurance manager, Micheal, inspected the finished product and ensured we were completely satisfied. We loved the Integrity team and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for roof repairs or full replacement.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Integrity Roofing.....Carly Palermo and the entire team from integrity roofing was was a joy to work with. They worked around my schedule and did a tremendous job. They assisted and went above and beyond every step of the way. I was mostly surprised with how well everything was cleaned after each day (the build only took 2.5 days)...when the job was completed there was not a single thing out of place on my property and every part of my landscaping looked untouched! I would highly recommend this company and Carly for any of your insurance/ roofing needs! They are all professional, extremely knowledgeable, and are always up front, so I was never caught of guard or surprised with anything throughout the entire process.

I am very pleased with our new roof. Jen Schneider was our salesperson and she handled everything with our insurance. We had storm damage and they came out and inspected our roof and helped me contact my insurance and handled it from there. Because of their knowledge they have with wind and hail damage they were able to get my new roof approved within 2 weeks. Everything thing went great from the first day. It was approved, they set up a date to start and workers were there at 7:30 and worked till dark to get finished in 2 days due to rain moving in. They were professional and made sure all trash and nail were removed. Nothing left in yard or shrubs. They came back out after job finished and inspected with me. Was a great experience from start to finish Jimmy.

Austin and Josh started the process with me of getting my damaged roof replaced. Although it took a little longer to get on the schedule, it was worth the wait. They appear to be in demand due to their quality service. They arrived on time and worked diligently. When Integrity's inspector identified some issues, they returned promptly can corrected the issues, exactly as it should be. I feel more confident knowing a roofing expert has examined the roof and ensured it met their standards. They've worked well with the insurance and bank to handle the paperwork on my behalf, which is great! Thanks, Integrity!

Bryan and the entire team at Integrity roofing have been exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process of having our roof replaced due to storm damage. From conference calling with our insurance claim adjuster & helping us understand the entire insurance process to helping us choose the color of shingle that is best suited for our house, our experience with Integrity roofing was better than we could've ever hoped for!
